Just bought a 95 Honda Accord DX and having a few problems with it. The dash lights won't come on, the tail lights won't come on ( but the reverse/break and blinker lights work) and the speedometer does not work. I know these may be unrelated problems. Any suggestion of what could be causing each of these or where to start as for looking at it.

 

Search is your friend. Check the small lights fuse in the underhood fuse box. 32 I think. As for no speedo, is your cel and/or d4 light on/blinking? Need more input on the surrounding factors
