Is the JDM fender mirror adjustable? (1st gen)
So I have finally tracked down a JDM front clip, and currently have the bumper and left fender w/fender mirror installed for testing fitment. While the fender mirror looks cool cosmetically, its not very useful. I just see my own fender and the ground next to my drivers door. Without pushing too hard on the glass, it doesn't seem to adjust in any way. The only "adjustment" is the pivoting of the entire mirror, but that doesn't seem proper either, as it always "clips" back into the center spot (like folding in a side view mirror). I understand that the mirror was designed for RHD, and it is now installed on a LHD car, but even sitting in the passenger seat it does not seem particularly useful (especially given that even JDM CRVs had side view mirrors). In my mind I was hoping it would be able to be adjusted like the convex mirror on a large truck or an RV, but what do I know.
Is there some adjustment point that I have missed, or is it just always in one stationary position? Either way it looks great on the car, even if it just shows me my own fender
