Advertising issues on mobile devices
Hello everyone, so I figured I'd come here for some info about my car. But every time I visit pages of this Forum on my mobile device, I am instantly redirected to scam domains pretending to be Amazon and the like.
This is not the result of malware on my device. This doesn't happen on other sites, and it also happens on other devices.
This is despicable. If this is not resolved, I will be heading over to WoT and the like too give this site some negative ratings, plus I may contact your host about it. Hosting services are usually pretty quick to deal with the likes of this.
If I am banned for this post, I will do the same.

To be fair, on the footer of every page is the following:
I will mention your issues with Internet Brands, though, as this could be an issue that more then one user is having.
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
I apologize for your poor user experience, but this is a widespread issue across a great many sites all over the internet. You can read more about it in this article from Wired Magazine:

Btw, this site is owned by the large company Internet Brands. Like most large companies, they do not have a third party web host. All of their many websites are hosted on their own servers. IB's technical staff are aware of the issue and are trying to do what they can.

I'm not being redirected to a real Amazon site. (Unless Amazon has started giving out free gift cards from shady domains)
Apologies for the earlier tone, was very annoyed at the system. It happens almost constantly unless the "stop loading page" button is clicked before the forum page finishes loading.
I can understand the frustration. It sucks that its a current problem with several sites.
