Clutch problem in first gear
I have a 2002 Honda Accord sedan, and the clutch pedal occasionally sticks to the floor and won't pop out. I'll be waiting at an intersection for the light to change, and the engine starts revving, then shuddering, and if I can't go forward, sometimes the engine will die. This only happens in first gear. We had the clutch and master cylinder replaced in 2014, about 20,000 miles ago. A clutch should last more than five years, shouldn't it?
Can't think of the clutch sticking as being anything other than hydraulic in nature so it looks like you have atleast two issues. Start with bleeding the clutch again, you can try having someone pump the clutch while you push the rubber reservoir hose up and down to see if you can loosen up a potential stuck air bubble there, but it's possible the slave cylinder is somehow bad. I would have someone pump the clutch while you check to make sure the slave cylinder push rod is pushing in and out normally.
You only take off in 1st so it might appear to you that the issue is related to 1st gear but it's just a coincidence as you take off in that gear.
The other issue about the shuttering is likely something else. Try scanning for possible stored codes.
