Hey there. My name is Uncle Seth and I like to fix my own cars. Oh, and I'm an Aussie (and one of the good ones, too).
Not sure if there's an Australian forum like this, but I figure that I'll get more info here.
Honda parts can be quite expensive in Australia, so I'd like to save some bucks.
Never had a problem until recently, when the car only had occasional capacity to select the gears closer to the middle of the car. Sometimes I could get 2.4 or 6, but not consistently and reverse has not been an option.
Now the car is stuck in first and did a great job to get me home (about 5 miles) from where I stopped being able to get all the other gears.
I have the car jacked up and have removed the heat shield from the exhaust. Now where?

Thanks for reading my boo-hoo sob story. Hopefully I can get my car working again, coz I love driving it, and need it to get to work (about 20 miles each way).
