Default Honda Fr-v rear toe alignment

Howdy,
I have a Honda fr-v (2007 2.2diesel) and the car destroys rear tires pretty quickly. And the rear tires are noticably quite toed in. I have looked around the web but not found anything that is similar to this setup. I believe the toe can be adjusted, but I am unsure how to perform this operation. I have not noticed any markings, so even if I could turn the bolt, I dont know whether clockwise or anti clockwise, and how much I should turn it. I dont have an alignment shop nearby so my plan was to adjust the rear toe on both wheels and the measure the 15:00 clock distance from the of the rear tires and compare it to the distance from the 21:00 clock. Then make the same adjustments on both sides until it is just ever so toed in. I believe these cars should be slightly toed in the rear. But I am pretty sure they are not supposed to be this much, and i believe this setup is really hard on tires.
I inclueded an attachment of the bolt.
