I just bought this 2002 Honda Civic ex I can run it around til it hits normal operating temp but when I shut it off it won’t start again unless I wait for a little. It have a cel on for a 02 sensor. I was thinking bad ground but idk

You need a new starter .. simple fix .. I dealt with it for years until the starter went fully out
