Default 95 accord ls exhaust help.

Hi everyone. I was hoping to get some decent recommendations on headers and cat back systems. I'm looking for performance without the noise or at least a happy medium. I'm driving a 95 4 Dr sedan lowered 2 1/2 in. Currently running eBay cat back exhaust. Was in a pinch and ran with it we've all been there at some point. The last car I did like this the header fitment was tight for the O2 sensor and hung to low. Before I could get everything figured out on that it was stolen. Here we are again and trying to find a better way hopefully with some help this time. Any and all help with this would be a tremendous help. Thanks in advance for your time and help everyone.

If you are in the US, use 2 1/4" for mild performance, if you plan on revving it or mild boost, then up to 2.5". If you live elsewhere 60mm is perfect for mild N/A./
Use the largest resonator(glasspack) you can fit as the midpipe, this will quell the droning and ringing. Verify that the resonator is a true 2.25" or 2.5" internally. There are plenty of knockoff cheap glasspacks that have the desirable opening but are actually severely reduced and restrictive internally. If you are not running a catalyst make sure to take that into account when building your exhaust.
Use a muffler to tune the sound you want. Exhaust can be ultra quiet or have a nice 'Italian' sound to it.
Headers, unless you have very long primaries, are all going to crack. Even the factory cast EX manifolds crack between primaries 1 & 4.
Dorman's replacement manifold is considerably thicker and can be ported but it is a rough and heavy casting.

Down/J-pipe is abut as high as you want it to be. Any higher and you will be very close to the oil pan and steering rack, not good for oil longevity.
Using engine mount inserts will keep the engine from rotating excessively, this will keep the exhaust from rotating down under acceleration.
As long as you keep everything above the bottom of the frame rails you should be OK for the most part.
With a car as low as yours, you may want to look into adding skid plates and/or under body paneling to protect components.

Thanks for the insight. You both gave me a few things to think about. I really appreciate it.
