Default P72/P75 OBD1 ECUs (1980 Board)

I've been a long time ECU modifier/chipper but this has me stumped (i don't deal with 1980's up here often).

I have a P72 (C01) ecu - my assumption is this is a 5speed.
I have a P75 (C52) ecu - and this would be a auto.

However when looking at the RP17/18 locations, they appear to be switched from the 11F0 and 1720 boards.
(The C01 manual has resistors in the two locations, the C52 auto has 18 empty and jumper in RP17).

There also appears to be no transistor locations for either (IC15/IC16).

Just noticed this. Thoughts?
I was planning to convert the auto to a manual - doesn't seem like its necessary.
