90 accord with 94 f22b1 swap no start
I'm at a loss at the moment. I have a 1990 accord with a 1994 F22B1 swap, I'm using the stock F22A1 harness, POA OBD1 ecu, and the dizzy from the 94. I just did the swap and I cannot get it to start. So far I have done all the wiring for Vtec, swapped pins for O2 and Egr, verified timing multiple times, I have spark, I have fuel to the rail @33psi, I have power and pulse at the injectors. I have checked every fuse in the car, swapped and tested multiple main relays, checked all grounds, swapped injector resistor, swapped dizzys, swapped multiple POA ecus. I have no codes either. I'm a Nissan tech with over 15 years experience, I only say this bc I've thought of all the obvious. Also the motor is freshly rebuilt with good compression. If I spray carb cleaner into the intake I can make it run. Plz any possible suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
What if I tell you what you already know. Look at why no fuel. Have you tried noids lights on the injectors whilest cranking? Or pulling the loaded rail , let it spray, that will do it too.
You proved the igintion runs it wih external fueling. Compression isnt going anywheres.
Are you able to pass an emissions test with that swap once running?

Have you oberseved blinking with it at some point while cranking with fuel pressure in the rail? Or pointed the things in the air, looking for large rapid firing gas clouds of potential flame hazard?
Ha definitely didn't try cranking with the injectors out of the manifold. I checked the plug while cranking with a test light. I've also Ohmed out my injectors and they are at 1.5 ohms and I think I'm on set 3 of injectors.
double check the placement of the spark plug wires, you could have the wrong firing order
not sure if the pins for the 94 dizzy are different than the 90 dizzy, i know they are both internal coil but something might be different, try the old dizzy

Yes the b1 and a1 the firing order is flipped. But none the less I figured out the problem. It wasn't throwing any codes but something told me to unplug the map sensor and now it starts, idles, and is no longer in limp mode.
lol so the problem was that the map sensor was mistakenly plugged in ?
