When I plug my scan tool into the DLC it will not get any power or do anything and my scan tool works fine. I tried it on my pickup and my brothers TSX but for some reason it won’t do anything when I connect it to my CRV. Previous owner said they did put a JDM B20B in it can that be the problem or the ECU maybe?? Idk I’m lost and need help I just wanna read my codes and fix them so I can go through inspection. Like I said it’s not doing anything when I connect it to my scan tool. I checked my cigarette fuse and dome light fuse and they are fine and getting power. Is there anything else I can do to read my codes or to fix this problem I have?
