ITR cat vs LS cat, size shape difference?

ITR cat vs LS cat, size shape difference?
Does anyone know if there are any differences between the two? I know the LS cat is round and the GSR cat is flatter. How does the ITR cat compare?

The USDM ITR cat will fit in place of your LS cat ... but it has an 02 sensor hole you have to plug if your 92-95 LS ... and it does have a slightly higher Flow rate
