Hi everyone. I have a 1989 Honda CRX Si. When I turn my headlights on at night and start driving, the interior lights that illuminate the instrument cluster/dashboard and the climate control gradually come brighten up. After about 10-15 minutes of high speed driving (65 - 75 mph), the lights are fully illuminated instead. Anyone have any idea why the interior lights don't fully illuminate at start-up?
