Default LED Retrofit 2013 CRV

Hello, I'm new here and have a 2013 CRV. I looked for LED bulbs for the H4 bulbs. I think this IPF 341HLB would be nice, even if expensive. Would there be a cheaper equally good option (they are $160 the pair). I want some that give me good light distribution and don't blind oncoming cars.

My main problem seems to be that the CRV uses the high-beam for DRL by reducing the voltage. I saw on youtube that this makes the LED flicker. But I don't know if that would be true for good LED,or what to do. I want to keep DRL for safety reasons. I read somewhere a " resistor DRL decoders" would help, but have no information if that would apply to the CRV, or what product would be good.
Maybe knowing if the CRV uses PWM or voltage divider (resistor) may help in picking one?

I know i could pull the DRL fuse, but again, like to have DRL. LEd makes driving at night safer, i don't want to give up daylight safety.

if you could point me to a product or ide, i'd appreciate it. and yes, I googled, but have nothing specific to my 2013 CRV.
