car has been sitting for three months. will not run. will start and burn off fuel in TBI, then dies. will do this if pedal is pumped or held down. also does it after starting fluid or sea-foam dumped in TBI. was running before i parked it. recent new parts - fuel pump, fuel level sender, fuel injectors, alternator, battery, instrument cluster (would not read level sensor - not necessary to run but would like to know how much fuel i have in the tank). new battery is fully charged. being as i am somewhere around the 4th or 5th owner, i do not know if the 268k on the gauge was correct as the car looks like it had been lowered and possibly grudge raced.

 

Does the fuel pump kick on when turning the key? If so it might be a good idea to replace the fuel filter as well. Sounds like you've got ignition, but no fuel.
