valve tick header issue

Installed a header on my 02 accord. And now it have quite the valve tick... any ideas on how to fix this issue or why it’s caused

Sound may be cracked header. Remove the header and see if it stops.

I thought to but it’s brand new and was checked. I’m assuming it’s just a leak somewhere causing it.. because before I had a leake once and it did that. I’m thinking bad gaskets but looking for some insite

The coincidence of the noise occurring after the header installation is an indication it may be related; crack, leak, whatever.

Uninstall it to examine.
