Ok so my 1st Gen cluster doesn't have the lights that shine down from the top of it working. The backlights all work just fine, but I can barely see my needles at night do to this issue. Can these lights be serviced or do I need to buy a whole new cluster?

 

there are two bulbs at the top on the rear that can be swapped.
