Automatic Accord. After changing the oil, the transmission is bad
I have an automatic Honda Accord LX (1997). F22B1 engine.
There was a motor defect. The engine was repaired. The car was standing for 1 year. At startup, the car every gear go forward. All grades was shiftable. After a few tests it was good. It was 100 km to go this way. The transmission worked very well.
I buy the transmission oil (Honda ATF DW-1). After the change, the error came again. Now I can not shift down as D4. The arm is in opposition (D4->D3) (can not be moved in D2 and D1).
What might be the problem? Contamination? Thinner oil and because is the seal hollow somewhere?
I did not read any such errors at other thread.
Thank you for your help!

on some cars the car has to be off and for some cars the car has to be on when checking
did you measure the old fluid and put in the same amount you took out ?

Indeed. The old oil was larger. The old oil level was minimal. The new oil is much less, but its level is maximum.
Why can not I put all oil on?
