Default 2004 Honda Civic LX cluster

Started vehicle, no needle movement for tachometer, speedometer, fuel, no mileage displayed and PRNDL not displayed or illuminated. All was previously working. We do have water accumulated by the fuel/trunk latch on the floor. Any suggestions of how to attempt repairs?

Check the #10 (7.5A) fuse in the Under Dash Fuse/Relay Box and #9 (10A) fuse in the Under Hood Fuse/Relay Box.

NDNV - We checked every fuse in the under hood fuse box - all fuses are good and have no breaks. We checked some fuses in interior fuse box also -- #13 - SRS - 10A, #8 - Accessory, Radio - 7.5A, #18 - Accessory Power Socket - 15A.
We have a digital odometer.. We tried the self-diagnostic function test for gauges published by Mitic Ninoslav on YouTube but received no response from the gauge. We have done no repairs to the vehicle recently. Two months or more we had the car detailed. I had my husband tighten the negative connection on the battery, and now the red Brake light is lite up on the dash, when no brake is applied or no emergency brake is engaged.

Check under-dash Fuse No. 10 (7.5A) like NDNV stated. Also check under-dash Fuse No. 17 (15A).

tech8 - We checked these fuses today, Checked under-dash Fuse No. 10 (7.5A) like NDNV stated. Also check under-dash Fuse No. 17 (15A). All were good, but replaced with new ones. Still no change in vehicle.

Maybe the water leak has caused the gauge cluster to become inoperable. Did you get a heavy downpour of rain or windshield repairs?
Other caused could be: short in the circuit between the PCM, the gauge assembly and ground/a poor ground/a bad PCM/a bad gauge assembly.
