Default Idle surge on 2000 Civic

I just replaced my iacv with a new one, reset my ECU bleed the coolent for air, but seem like the new iacv isn't working properly causing the rpms to bounce any ideas I'm kinda lost now

OEM or aftermarket?
Did it include a new screen/gasket?

Also make sure to drive it around for 10-20 min after bleeding to make sure the coolant gets everywhere in the system and the ECU relearns everything. Did you try that?
