Just finished rebuilding my integra and after priming and starting up for the first time it has this weird noise coming from timing belt side.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be from? heres a video of the engine noise.

 

im not an expert but is the timing belt loose?

 

Sounds to me like the timing belt is too tight
