Doing f23A swap from f22B2. need help
Ok so, the work is 100% done to my knowledge.
we went to hoo the battery up as the last step before getting in thee car and turning the key, as I connected the positive the horn went off in a constant state( wich ive never heard before)
even my disarm keey on my alarm fob didnt change the beehavior. we went aheead and dissconnecte the horn and tried to start the car, and no power at all in any kkey position. the dome light doesnt even have power.
the car is 5speed
here is what i have done
bought a JDM F23A
puulled a F22B1 Intake manifold, throttle boddy, engine harness and disstributoor(these were from an OBD1 1994 ex accord vtech)
dropped my motor, replaced my motor with the JDM F23A
usued all my old accesories (alternator, power sterringg pump, etc)
wired in the automatic vtech engine harness to my current harnesss(wich is OBD2 5speed) yes one clip here did not line up)
buttoned up everything in the engine bay, quick cleaned the IACV an other things around it
made sure all the grounds were hooked up properly,
hookeed up the battery and thiss is where my problem started.
any insight here would be deeply appreciated.

You have a short somewhere in that wiring.
Time to go back over the wiring diagrams you used to wire up the 2 harnesses. Ether that or hope that someone else has tried the same wiring harness swap and ran into the same issue.
Best of luck, I hate wiring!
