Default Alignment Woes

Car in question: 2002 Accord EX Coupe
Additional info:
I will be driving this car from NJ to GA in a few weeks for relocation so I decided to do an overhaul as to not run into any issues during the long drive. I changed out the following parts:
  • Lower Ball Joints (both sides; front; installed two weeks ago)
  • New Upper Control Arms (come with new ball joints obviously; both sides; front; installed two weeks ago)
  • Drivers Side Axle (installed on 12/30/17)
  • New Michelin tires all around (installed on 12/30/17)
  • Sway Bar Bushings (installed two weeks ago)
  • Sway Bar End Links (installed two weeks ago)
  • All parts with the exception of the axle and tires were purchased from RockAuto (Moog was the brand I choose for everything)
After getting the new tires put on I immediately went to get an alignment. Please refer to the below sheet.

After he gives me the sheet he tells me that he can't get the drivers side wheel since I may have a bad upper control arms. I told him I recently changed both sides with new uppers and they were brand new (I understand new parts can go bad) but I was still confused. When I came in (refer to upper half of the picture) it wasn't that off and after they touched the car it's pretty far away from how it was prior. I'm no expert so I'm hoping someone here can tell me if the shop didn't know what they were doing.

I paid about $75 for it and he tells me if I come back to him I have to pay him another $50 to make the necessary adjustments. He told me that it was off due to the fact that when they do an alignment they start from the back wheels first. He said that when they adjusted the back to spec it threw off the front. I'm not sure if I got screwed over so hopefully one of you guys here knows about this stuff. I did book an appointment at Firestone since they do a free alignment check to see what they say. That appointment is for tomorrow at 10AM. If they tell me they can fix it and get it all aligned I will go back to the original shop for a refund.

What do you guys think?

The only things that have not been changed on the car are:

Shocks/Struts (mechanic said they were still good)
Lower Control Arms

The rear doesn't affect the front. They are you throwing you for a loop. Maybe someone else can chime in on how adjusting the toe will vastly change the camber like it did in your situation.

I forgot to mention that the shop said that perhaps the upper control arm was defective despite me telling him it was just installed and brand new. I understand that parts could be defective but I didn't see that as likely as it wasn't that bad when I bought it into the shop. He then proceeded to ask if I was in an accident. The car was never crashed nor has signs of being in an accident.

Make sure they used the right model's specs. Should be at the top of the printout. I had a local shop mistake my Accord for a Civic once and align it as such. Man, was that a scary ride home!

It showed the right model. I didn't include that in the picture since it had some other info on there.
