Why do you need that plug? It's not useful without the Honda Interface Module and the Software of which is 800-900 each. Software is a subscription for that 800-900 per year.

I need it because I bought an ELM327 USB V2.1 OBDII OBD2 Car Diagnostic Code Reader.
but it does not work in my car.

Still won't work on your car. Your 93 Del Sol is OBD1. Your reader is OBD2.

OBD1 utilizes the HIM (Honda Interface Module) and the Honda software.

OBD1 you jump the two pin connector to pull codes.

The 3 pin was for Honda ECU programming and updates via the HIM.

Simply, your reader is made for cars made AFTER 95, so 1996+ vehicles.
