Default Tranny issues

Hi, new to the forums and Honda's some what. Did a Google search and found some info here so I'd thought I'd join and see if I could get more opinions. Here it goes....96 accord 2.2 auto lx, bought the car for the wife as a beater. First time taking it home I noticed that the trans over revved when shifting 2nd to 3rd to 4th. So I did a drain and fill with new Honda fluid. Problem got a little better. Did another drain and fill and added Lucas trans helper. Problem now is that upshifts from 1,2,3 are fine but when it shifts to 4th it really over revs and drops back to 2nd. Tried cleaning the solenoids, and the mainshaft sensor and the other sensor located on the back side opposite the main shaft sensor. Forget what its called. Also new code from cel (70) and d4 (15). Codes where not there before. Also, drives fine until warmed up and will act normal under 40mph. Should I just buy a new mainshaft sensor or????? Any ideas and info are appreciated.

A similar issue happened to my car. I flushed the trans 3 times and put a new shift solenoid in and the problem had gotten better, but it still slips sometimes.
