Default 1996 accord lx f22b to f22b1 "vtec" - Which ECU to use?

Pulled blown f22b, I installed a f22b1 vtec now I am not starting. I have my ecu and the ecu from the 96 accord with same motor, should I use my computer or the other

You need to use the OBD2 (96-97) P0A-*** ECU that matches the engine and transmission setup you have in your chassis now. F22B1 Auto or F22B1 manual?

As far as not starting, Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key to the II position?

Also you should check all of your ground locations, ensure they are clean and tight.
