I have a 2002 XR400. I ride this bike occasionally. It sits for months at a time but without fail a few kicks and it’s running. I rode it yesterday for the first time in 2 months. Ran great. Parked it and gas was flowing out of the bowl drain. Tapped it. Nothing. Started back up and ran and it still did it. I tightened the drain screw and it stopped. Today I cranked it. Ran very rough, smoking and won’t idle. I checked the oil and had gas in it. Drained oil and changed oil and filter. Started it. Same thing. Any help would be appreciated.
