2003 honda civic lx blows high on all settings

2003 honda civic lx blows high on all settings
We have a 2003 honda civic lx. Just replaced the heater core and resistor. After replacing this we find that the fan blows on high on all speeds, including off. Is there something that we need to reprogram?Any thoughts?
