Default Squeezing the most power from my h22a

Im looking some guidance with h22 tuning if yous are willing to give your opinion. Im from the uk so plese ecuse with my grammar 🙈. Ok my car is a h2b eg6 tunned to 240bhp (275 whp) and 177 torque, my mods at the minute are full 3 inch exhaust with 2 boxes, 1320 mani opened to 3 inch, unopened euro r engine with balance shaft deleted, electric power steering, inlet bored to 70mm to take a 70mm tb, custom airbox with feed to the bumper, 3 inch pipe the whole way from tb, will be opened 3.5 inch, iv a toda flywheel in there too and thats everything. Now im getting a head tomorrow with all skunk 2 valve train and pro 1 cams. I know il need injectors and fuel pump now as both were close to being maxed at 240 bhp. As for fuel im running 97 octance which is pump fuel over here. Any advive on things i should sort or add to the spec to get the most from it? What about rev limits on standard bottom ends my tuner let my car rev to 7800 stock, more would be nice as im more used to b18 type r and type r k series? What about skimming the head for more compression? Iv tried searching for answers on most of the things asked, i would like more opinions just to set my mind straight 👍

The car in question, jdm eg6 sir with h22a mated to a s80 gearbox

Sounds like you have a pretty nice setup and have gone over all the things most ppl do.

Just get a fuel pump and injectors and go for the tune. As for as a rev limit goes, that will be up to the tuner and where he sees the power drop off..the pro cams will want to be rev’d out much more though.

if you have 240 bhp you surely don't have 275 whp, more like 210 whp or so. (not sure how much the loss is to the wheels) Anyways...

Assuming you have the stock 220 hp H22A I don't see how you could gain another 20 hp just by opening up the header and having a 3 inch exhaust - which I think is an overkill and can negatively affect performance.
Your new head is definitely a step towards the right direction with the cams and valves though. You could also get an aftermarket inlet.
if you don't want to disassemble the block I don't know what else you can do though that would be worth it?

Well 240 is what im at now with the mods stated. I had the car tuned by one of the best over this end. His dyno has also been called the heartbreaker when it comes to figures.

whats my inlet options? I have considered porting the pde inlet but are there aftermarket inlets that are better?
