Default HID Halo headlights High Beam Problem

I bought some projector headlights a few years ago. Have been great. They currently have the Xenon HID low beam.
What do I need to get high beam? When I looked at it, it looks very weird for the high beam. Completely different bulb. See Picts.

You need bixenon projectors and ballasts. Whatever I am looking at in your pics is not that. Is that just an h11 halogen bulb in a holder? I feel like I see a filament...
