Hello I need some help here guys, my honda recently has been surging pretty bad, rpm keeps going low then back up while idle and at stop signs. It also does surging and lose of power and white smoke out of exhaust while driving only sometimes though. It's driving me nuts I cleaned egr.the holes were gunked cleaned iacv and throttle body. It still doing it just looking for help willing to provide whatever y'all need. Thanks
