Depends on the cam and what you'd consider "worth it", but generally speaking as long as you got a reasonable cam and appropriate matching valve train that matches the rates and spring pressures needed by the cam you'll be golden. Do you already have I/H/E bolt ons? Are you on stock compression?

I’m running stock compression, just wanted a little pick up right now I’m only full bolt ons. But yea my power goal is 200hp so im not trying to go crazy it’s my daily need it to be realible

The cylinder head is where all the jam happens. The block is the supporter. If you increase flow via camshafts, you need to NOT go big or go home. The camshaft should be paired with other modifications. Since you are keeping the block stock, Stage 1'ish cams would be good. You should consider to degree the camshafts in and also tuning the engine with a reputable tuner. In my opinion for your setup I would either source a pair of ITR/CTR camshafts, Skunk2 Tuner Stage 1 or similar profiles.

If you want a better bang for the buck, consider changing the final drive of your transmission. I don't know what transmission you have but a B16 with a 4.9 or a GSR with at 5.1 really makes a stock GSR move. If you are daily driving the vehicle, the rpms around 4500 at highway speed can be annoying with a loud exhaust.

Good luck
