Default 1994 Integra LS bumper light issue

I have a 1994 Integra LS with stock corner markers. Recently the 2 corner markers on side of the front bumper quit working along with the blinkers, the 2 front main bumper lights still work. Also when I turn my right blinker on the left blinker flashes with it but only the two big bulbs blink. The rear signals and lights all work properly including the hazards. I have changed the bulbs and checked all the fuses and they are all good. Could it be the turn signal relay? I have been and am currently searching for similar issues on here but have not had any luck. Anyone got any suggestions?

This seems to be a common problem actually. My upper and lower blinkers were actually blinking opposite each other. I cut the positive wire of the blinker that wasn't working, and ran a new wire up to the positive of the other blinker. Taped up the old wire and tucked it away.

I am starting to think that it might be problems with the ICU connected to the back of the fuse box. Recently along with the light issues my warning chimes have been going off when I open my driver door even when the keys are not in the ignition. I have read on some other threads that this could be the problem, my next question is how the hell do I get it out now?

Well I have to admit, on my 92 I have an issue with the turn signal causing the rear defrost to click off and on. The wipers also do it. According to the manual, the timed circuits are integrated into the fuse box. It's possible, like me, you may need a new fuse box. I have yet to confirm this, but it's a pretty fair assumption.

I'm going to the junkyard tomorrow where according to their website, they have a 1996 Integra there. So I'm hoping I can find it and see if I can ****** the ICU/fuse box out of it for cheap. It seems like everytime I seen an Integra at You Pull It in Cali it was always stripped so I'm hoping for some better luck tomorrow here in OKC. Really getting tired of this issue and ready to fix it. I hate all things electrical.

I went to the junk yard today and picked up the ICU and a door lock actuator out of a 96 four door for $10. I'm nervous about swapping out the ICU in my car now because I wasn't so gentle with the junker, it was not the easiest thing to get out. I tried to get the driver side door handles out also since both my front and rear snapped off last winter but I couldn't figure out how to disconnect the bars from the handle without breaking them so I guess that will be another project for a different day. Hoping these two pieces fix my problems.
