[2003 Honda Civic] what part plugs the hole in the head opposite the timing belt?
I just rebuilt my cylinder head and placed it back on the car. I started it and noticed a lot of oil on the ground. I looked at the head and noticed a large deliberately created hole on the side of the head opposite the timing belt that oil came out of. I cant find the part that goes in here. What is the part called?
Cam shaft end plug or cylinder end plug/cap. Part #6 in this diagram: .https://parts.sonshonda.com/showAsse...rimLevel=24777
This reeks of that "Vtec04" guy.
You remove, rebuild and replace the cylinder head... Without noticing [nor retaining] the end cap?
