2006 CR-V P0420 code

Looking for specific information for this car with 207,567 miles and the P0420 code. Is it an old age symptom of the Cat Coverter?, or just an 2nd stage 02 sensor?

On later generation cars, P0420 will usually be due to the cat, not the O2 sensor.
