Default Vehicle jumping and unbalanced

While driving my vehicle is jumping and unbalanced. What is the reason?

If it's jumping when you go over small humps or bumps in the road, your suspension is likely worn out. Try going to the rear of the car and "bouncing" the car by pushing down quickly. If the car settles out and stops moving in less than a second, your suspension is fine. If it continues bouncing for a second or two, the shocks are blown and will need to be replaced.
