Come to stop, RPM fluctuates by itself

RPM will go up and down between 1100-1300 and you can hear the idle rev go up and down a few times before it settles. This is only when I'm driving, and come to a stop.

Any idea what to do?

Sounds like a vacuum leak, I'd start there.

idle air control valve may need to be cleaned as weel

could always splice in a vac gauge to monitor it
