where is the vin location on 1998 honda civic
and how do i know what honda civic do i have without the manual eg ex lx

 

Door jam, corner of windshield, stickers on all body. Under the trunk lid. Under the hood. Fender.
fire wall under the hood.. Etc..etc..
you should try a little harder though. Because google can be abundance of help.
Vin decoder after u find the vin.
Unless your car has been in a chop shop then all the vin will be scratched out

 

Its everywhere, even in a spot where you can't remove it. don't even try it.
