Icon5 DEL and Low Beam Not Working

The lights are not working on my 2013 Honda Accord. I checked the bulbs, fuses, and listened to the switch for functionality and they are fine. This happened less than a day after the dealership did a software update on the car and fixed a recall involving my battery sensor. I have not had an issue in over two years since having the car, so it appears too coincidental of an incident. Is it possible there's a software conflict causing it, or is it more apt to be the grounding afterall?

You did not indicate trim level, etc. There are differences in features and circuits between the trim levels, etc.

Regardless, check under-hood Fuse No. A12-6 (30A).
