I bought an EG with a B18 swap and there's has been alot of chopping. I'm nursing it back to health and want the windshield washers to work again. I don't see any wires anywhere near where the old reservoir used to be. I found this just in front of the driver's side strut tower. Anyone know if this is the empty harness for the windshield washers? There's no pics in the civic manual... If not, what is it for, and for bonus points, where does the washer wiring harness connect to?

 

that plug is for the CRUISE CONTROL. The 2wire plug for the washer fluid pump is underneath the frame, behind the driver side front fender.
