So i've had a 2018 honda accord sport for almost about two weeks. Initially when plugging in my phone I had issues where it wouldn't play music sporadically,but when it did play music it played it really fast which I thought was weird so I would unplug it and plug it back in and it would work. For some reason yesterday the carplay froze on the car. I had issues connecting so I figured I would go to connections from the car. Delete my device and re add it. well now everytime I plug my phone in the car doesn't recognize my device. If I go into the car and select smart phone it says make sure your device is enabled in car play settings. When I go to car play settings there's nothing to enable. I did notice before it had two devices. One that says Iphone and another one that says Myname Iphone. The only one that shows up now is Iphone. I have an apple 8+ and looked into settings under car play and I deleted the device there too so it would add it and now it doesn't show up anymore. I'm guessing I have to reset something? I looked in the manual and it just says how to connect it which I already went through. Not sure what to do.
