This piece needs some work. The flanges need to be rewelded where it bolts to the head. Also the stud that were used were cut. I could have it fix. But I would have to raise the price. Its really an easy fix. Will bolt to the lower half of a stock B16A downpipe. $20 again prefer S. Ca. But will ship. Hit me up either on IM or on MSN, my screen name is hoosierdaddy...
