Besides a helicoil could i use a m6-1.0x3/8"-16 ezlok steel threaded insert or would that be to much ,some one who had the motor before me stripped out the 2 10mm bolts that hold the cam seal cap down will this work or should i just helocoil it need help asap thanks guys

 

I'd get an M6x1.0 timesert kit for $70 and use that. But, if you've got plenty of material around the stripped out hole, an EZlok would be cheaper and work just as well.
