I have searched but am not having much luck getting an answer so I apologize if this thread has been done before. I am looking at buying a 2009 Honda Pilot EX-L 4WD. It has 160,000 miles on it. The small dealership that I am looking to buy from just told me that they got the following two error codes.

1. P3400 (VPS Valve Pause System Stuck Off Bank 1)
2. 84-1 (ABS)

Does anyone know EXACTLY what these are and how much they might cost to fix? I have not driven it yet. The dealer is from out of state and is coming down for a dealer auction near me and I was going to test drive it tomorrow, 12/06/17. He was very honest in calling me and letting me know that he just observed these codes tonight. I want to make sure that I am getting a decent vehicle and I don't want to break the bank on repairs right after I get it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
