Default 2001 Honda Accord Transmission

I am looking at a one owner 2001 Honda Accords EX 4 cyl with 135K miles to buy. The car has been maintained per the factory recommendations. The transmission was replaced by Honda at about 80K due to the "typical" problems of that transmission.
My question is: Is there any reason that I should be concerned about the longevity of the new transmission?
If the transmission has an inherent design issue, the new transmission might only last as long as the original one.

Just test drive it like you just stole it. If it runs fine you should be fine. I would probably do a drain and fill as soon as I bought it. I also like to ask if I can compression test the engine before I buy it but that's just me. Be sure to get it good and warm and ask to check for codes before you buy it before turning off the car. If they refuse, I would avoid it.
