Took off intake manifold cleaned it now it won't start

 

Be more specific.

 

Make sure all the sensors are plugged in properly. The plugs do not have physical interlocks to prevent them from being plugged on to the wrong part. You have to identify them by the wire colors. There is a "wiring guide" sticky at the top of this forum with information to do that.
