I'm going to be upfront about this I'm new to cars in general and I'm trying to learn. I'm really looking into making my 98 Civic faster/ have more power. I'm looking Todo an engine swap but I'm faced with 2 problems. I know nothing about engines and I don't have a whole lot of money so I'm looking for suggestions as to what I can do without taking paying as much as a new car. Thanks for any and all help
