Troubleshooting: understanding electrical issues 1992 Integra
Curious if anyone here can help figure out what is causing my 1992 Integra LS to crank, but not start.
Here's what happened:
Got a flat tire. Spare flat too...FML. Returned home. Towed to shop on a trailer. Started and ran fine to get it loaded and unloaded. Parked for 2 weeks. Got new tire in mail and mounted. Tried to start car...crank, no start. Suspected battery drain. Recharged to 100%...no start. Battery is new, so don't suspect that it is weak. Starter engages flywheel, cams turning...timing belt good/tight. No check engine light. All wires have strong spark. Pulled off air intake., cleaned throttle body plate. Tried some ether in intake...not even a hint of fire. Confirmed fuel pressure at fuel filter. Did not check with gauge at rail. No Schrader valve, unfortunately. System primes, but not sure at what pressure. Pulled plugs after cranking and they are all wet with noticeable gas smell. Distributor replaced less than a year ago. New starter. New spark wires. New plugs. What do you all suspect would cause a no start without a Check Engine light coming on and no codes. Main fuel relay? IACV? Vacuum leak? Timing belt skipped a tooth last time I tried to start it? I just can't figure out why it won't start after sitting for 2 weeks when it was running perfectly before that. Appreciate any bones tossed this way. I've read a lot of great threads here in the past and while researching this issue and found lots of really helpful, informed answers. Thanks for all the indirect assistance.

All wires may have strong spark, but are they getting it at the right times? I would pull off the distributor cap and double check that: A. the rotor button is pointing at cyl 1 at TDC, and B. that the screw hasn't backed out of the rotor button.
Also confirm that timing is correct by looking at the cam markings compared to the TDC crank pulley mark.
