Default B18b1 swap

I have a 1992 Honda Civic with a 1999 Integra b18b1 non vtec engine in it the ECU I have is a p75 that came with engine in order to be bar's i need to make it compliant with a 1995 Integra how can I do this? Do I just get the ecu from a 95 Integra?

Your engine is OBD2 but from what I know, in order to pass CA BAR, you will have to make the car OBD2 compliant.

"Computer Controls......If a computer-controlled engine is installed in a non-computerized vehicle, the "CHECK ENGINE" light, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic link, and all sensors, switches, and wiring harnesses needed to make the system fully functional must also be installed."

Not sure why you're asking about a 1995 Integra. In the other 49 states, that is the route to go with, a P75 ECU from a 93-95 Integra. But since you're in CA, you're royally screwed.
