Default OBD 1 location for 92 Honda Civic

I have googled and watched videos and I have no clue where to look for the OBD 1 code reader. My Honda would sometimes get signals to the fuel pump and other times it wouldn't. We traced it down to the fuse box under the steering wheel and replaced it but we're still having the same problems. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When the fuel pump does not always run when the key is turned on, leading to a cranks but no start situation, the prime suspect is the main relay. There are articles all over the web about how to remove and resolder your main relay. Anyone with a 1995 or earlier with fuel injection should do this even if they aren't currently experiencing problems.

The main relay failure will not set a code. But it is good to know how to read codes anyway.
